Quality & capabilities

Strength you can feel, finish you can see

We take in wire and steel sheet and turn it into mesh, bolts, straps and fabricated steel — welding, cutting, bending, threading and coating under one roof. Every stage carries a check, because the two things customers judge us on are how the product holds up and how it looks when it lands on site.

Wire and sheet intake

We start from bought-in wire and steel sheet, received against mill documentation and checked for gauge, thickness and coating before anything reaches the shop floor. Material that does not match the order is quarantined rather than run.

Mesh welding

Panels and rolls are welded on set machines, with weld current, pitch and pressure held to the parameters proven for that gauge. Joints are pull-checked through the run so a panel does not open up when it is handled, tensioned or shotcreted.

Fabrication

Bolts, straps, tubes and accessories are cut, threaded, punched, slotted and rolled in-house. Threads are gauged against the nuts and plates they ship with, and hole patterns are punched to the support drawing rather than a standard jig.

Cutting, bending and forming

Sheet and mesh are sheared, cut to length, bent and formed to the sizes a site actually needs — odd panel widths, framed sections, folded edges — so material arrives ready to fix instead of being reworked in the field.

Finishing and coating

Galvanised, painted and polymer-coated finishes are applied and inspected for coverage, adhesion and edge protection, with the finish chosen for the exposure the product will live in — underground damp, coastal air, washdown or open weather.

Checking before it leaves

Aperture, gauge, length, flatness, weld and coating are verified on sampled units before a lot is packed. Bundles are tagged against the order, edge-protected for transport and staged to your delivery programme, not ours.

Order to despatch

Five stages, every order

  1. 01

    Specification review

Your drawings, gauges and quantities are read before a price goes out, so the offer reflects what can actually be produced and delivered — not a catalogue line that nearly fits.

  2. 02

    Material intake

Wire and sheet are received against mill documentation and checked for gauge, thickness and coating. Anything off-spec is held back rather than run into your order.

  3. 03

    Production

Mesh is welded and bolts, straps and tubes are cut, threaded, punched and formed to set parameters, with the run monitored and corrected the moment it drifts.

  4. 04

    Finishing and checks

Coating is applied and inspected for coverage and adhesion, then sampled units are measured for aperture, gauge, length, flatness and weld strength before the lot is released.

  5. 05

    Packing and despatch

Lots are tagged to the order, bundled with edge protection and staged against your site programme, marked so crews can identify material without unpacking it.

Specific test certificates, standards conformance and third-party inspection can be arranged per order — tell us what your project requires and we will confirm what we can provide.
